A Bit About Me

I am a Chef that is passionate about cooking and providing a flavorful experience through Meal Preparations, Cooking Classes, Private Dinners, and Small Caterings. I own Fusionary Eats LLC and my work focus is to create convenience for those who may not have time for cooking or that would like to enjoy a nice dinner or event without the hassle of cooking and cleaning. I am able to do this by providing a service that includes grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. I believe in working with my clients to find the right menu for them and their special occasion, as well as getting to know them and the foods they enjoy.

After gaining years of experience, I decided it was time to pursue my passion in culinary arts and follow my father’s footsteps in entrepreneurship. Today, I am providing an edible experience through traditional and fusion cuisine. I have always had a vision that I would introduce the world to fusion cuisine however I could. Now, here I am with my own company, Fusionary Eats LLC, pursuing this vision.

Before I became a business owner, I expanded my knowledge of running a kitchen at the Thirsty Lion Gastropub in Gilbert, AZ. I was able to put my organizational, preparation, and managerial skills to the test. 

After 7 years of Culinary and Hospitality school, I began my career at Outback Steakhouse in Chandler, AZ. Here I trained and developed my managerial and time management skills. I evolved from Front of House Manager to Expo Manager and then Kitchen Manager over the years. 

This was my first job in the restaurant industry in El Paso, TX. It was a small restaurant that was serving some great Seattle-style Japanese food. I learned a lot of my basics while working here and attending culinary school.
